I joined a black market site and expected to find trust. For that I am a fool.

I have made many Account for Account trades, and have bought a decent amount of accounts on sythe. I think at this point I was able to legitly keep (or sell to someone else without being recovered) a total of 2/10 accounts.
That is not a very good ratio of succesful account purchases.

My latest being an AGS pure with 145m on it and good stats. I had bought the account from icedog726, and gained roughly 120mil on the account. I then sold the account yesterday, only to find out that it was recovered. I know that it was indeed icedog726 that recovered it, because he texted me telling me so, and we met in game and talked. He claims that someone else knows enough info to recover it, and that someone recovered it after he gained possesion of it. Whether he is being honest or not, I do not know. I do know that he should not have sold an account that he knew could easily be recovered. I was wrong to think a Guru with 30+ vouches is a trustworthy person.

With that I would like to say farewell to sythe. I just can't deal with the frustration of scammers. I might come back to have a quest or two done, or maybe buy a pin, but I am done for account sales for now.

With that I would like to say thanks to the people that are legit and do not recover accounts, even if they know they can get away with it. I would also like to thank the awesome staff at Sythe, they work hard and do their job effectively.

Alot of people do recover their accounts on here, and that is why I quit buying accounts/selling accounts. Lots of scammers around here, but to the people who don't scam, I appreciate them. Farewell bro.

 

Ahh you were a great guy Travis. One of the only guys who hasn't tried to scam me on Sythe. I agree that there are a lot of scammers here, but that's no reason to quit. There are some really great people here, and although it may be hard, some of them are trustworthy.

 

Yeah, there are a lot of people who recover their accounts after a while.

Well, sad to see a trustworthy person go.

I will keep you added on msn ;P don't worry. And I will still visit on sythe every once in awhile. I for sure wont be buying any accounts unless they are from mods/extremely trusted (plznate ;P). But I may return because I can never stick to anything I do :S
