Need help with Paypal [pay if solution is found]

So I recently started using my paypal again and I was immediately asked to confirm my new address via credit card and phone confirmation. So I entered my information and the credit card was denied. I then receive a call that someone tried to steal my credit card and I will be receiving a new one in the mail in a few days.

The problem is that paypal wants me to verify the original credit card and that one only now. It won't let me remove the previous card and adding another won't change anything.

My question is, how do I fix this? I am already getting a new one and the old one is disabled. I have no clue how to verify the old card if it is disabled.

It would be greatly appreciated if you have suggestions for the solution.

    Thanks

Call the credit card provider and tell them it was yourself using the card and it is not stolen. Ask them to contact paypal and remove that card then add your new card.

    Solution Two:
Make a Canadian PayPal where there are no limits.

The problem isn't the sending limit. The problem is that they limited my account and had to verify a bunch of stuff before letting me use their 'secure' service.

If I called my company, they would contact paypal for me?
