iiMotive x is accusing me of scamming

Okay, so yesterday morning we agreed upon a trade of $86 for his account. I went first to him and sent him $86 at 12:58:18 PDT. He instantly stopped talking for like 3-5 minutes and i got really worried, then he said "okay chill, im sending you info" he then just sent me a IMPOSSIBLY hard to understand string of info of passwords and recovs. Can you belive that he told me that the recovs where

that doesn't even make sense, recovs must be 3+ letters long. so i told him to email the info to my email too. He said he did then said "dinner brb" and logged off before i could say more. I checked my inbox and to this day i still havnt recieved any mail from him. He came back mabye 15 minutes later and i asked for him to send the info again and he refused saying i already had it. I said if i already have it why cant i have it again, and he didnt answer. This continued for another 2 hours and finnaly out of depseration i disputed the money because it was clear he wasn't going to give me the account information. The PROOF that i can offer is that i never logged onto his account due to the fact i never recieved the information. I challange him to prove otherwise by producing proof that i logged onto his account. If he logs on he will see that the last IP login has not changed from his. That is proof that i never recieved the information. If i had wouldn't i at least have changed the password or log on before disputing the money? plus i disputed the money 3 hours after i payed him, when i still hadnt gotten the information 3 hours later. I am not a scammer!
