I was browsing through my MSN convo history and this came up. It's been exactly a year. She never responded. And I haven't heard from her since. And now I'm deeply depressed. What do I do to get out of this depression?

 

Get another girl?

 

I would hang and talk to friends. Friends are the best for being depressed because no matter what they are gonna make you laugh and smile and have a good time. Dont do anything stupid my friend!

 

Get your mind off of everything. Watch a tv series, read a really good book, or even watch a lot of movies.

When I was depressed, all I did was watch The Office (Tv show) and Lost (Another tv show). That got my mind off of everything. Afterwards, I didn't care about her and I still have high hopes that I will find another girl in the future!

Be optimistic, every day when you wake up, think positive. Don't flood your mind with useless things that will only make you sad! :3

The world keeps turning, time to move on. Find yourself a new girl.

 

There are many fish in the ocean. Don't worry about it that was a whole year ago, and its time to move on from her. It sounds to me as you deserve better then her.

So you're not going out with a girl anymore? Where's the problem? Plenty of fish in the sea. People are worse off than you, there's no point being "depressed" over some girl which was over a year ago. People have real problems, not moaning about their girlfriends.

I'm not flaming you I'm telling you how it is.

 

I'm not moaning about losing a girlfriend. I'm moaning about it because she's the reason to all my current problems. She made me lose all of my fucking friends, she cheated on me in the most horrible of ways (I said it in another thread. She fucked some guy, I called her, and I heard it all).


She ended up like every relationship I've had. They either cheated on me, or left me for some asshole. It's been going on for years. It's kind of hard to 'move on' from anything like that.

 

Japanese culture amazes me on how spiritual the Japanese actually are.

Just try to forget about her and if that isn't at all possible, TRY to find her or talk to her and tell her what your feeling.
