Kind of, but its a very unknown site, and you wont find it on google, unless you search the domain name.

 

These are illegal. Here is a quote from MoneySaving Expert that happened to a very (very) trusted user.

@ the thread starter - no, the sites are not "secret." putting a little effort on the internet one can easily find what your trying to sell for $20. Also, the "method" involves illegal activities.
