Account Status​

All of our accounts are un-banned at point of sale. Some account may have previously been banned. Due to them being unregistered emails we cannot provide specific details per account. Upon sale, please confirm that you are happy with the previous history on the account. If not then please get in touch.

1) All account sales are final, we do not accept refunds due to the possibilities of bans caused by activity after sale.

2) All accounts must be inspected within the first 2 hours of sale and any problems brought to my attention to be rectified. After 2 hours you accept that the condition of the account is suitable.
3) We are not responsible for any future locks or bans on the accounts sold. We will try our best to recover accounts for 30 days post sale. We may not be the original owner of some of the accounts so please confirm beforehand regarding the account you are purchasing.
4) If you choose to resell the account I am not responsible for anything.
5) Relating to account locks - accounts may have unregistered emails! Please check and register an email and change password upon purchase of the account. You can do this by logging in through the Runescape homepage and it will bring up a dialogue to change the details.
6) Accounts registered by us will be transferred to an email of your choice. Email account will not be provided as it is most likely registered to a personal email.
7) Some accounts may be trained using bots. All of our accounts that are botted have been rested for at least 7 days (they may have been logged on to check they are not banned) you accept and acknowledge this in relation to term 1.
8) Account bans - Accounts are sold un-banned. Due to the nature of unregistered accounts please confirm after the sale and registration of an email to the account that you are happy with the account history. Failure to inform us of any problems within the 2 hours inspection will result in voiding any guarantee on this front.
