im pretty sure that the rules of the site state you arnt aloud to sell illigal things on the site, (due to the fact that if people did eventualy the site would be shut down), but then again, the rules state you arnt aloud to scam people but people do that anyways....

    Stolen goods.

The EULA of Jagex isn't the law, it only applies inside their game. We aren't selling something we stole from them. We're actually selling something we bought from them that they'd rather us not resell.

The two situations aren't comparable. My two cents are that stolen goods shouldn't be allowed on this forum. It'd only increase the risk of it being shutdown in the near future.

I've seen people on this forum banned when they were connected to using pinlines. I'm not sure of the circumstances and/or whether it's an actual rule on this site.

well, the simple answer is to just not even mention that its a stolen item. don't be dumb about it and post threads about it and stuff because now if you ever want to trade and someone looks at your threads and posts and stuff they can see this and it may deter them from selling or buying from you. I already wouldn't trust you because of what I've read in this thread

Okay here is your Mod's opinion.. This has got to be the dumbest thread I've seen. No, you can't sell stolen property on Sythe. Don't do it and do not relist.
