scammed by unb4nn3d or his hacker for my acc and $400

i was supposed to be trading this guy my lvl 122 with 4b and he told me he had to go out for 30mins and for me to find a omm so i did alex-unbanned i got the msn right off the omm list so i was like 100% sure i wasn't dealing with a fake but after i payed the omm fees and sent him the info to test the account he starts going off and online i ask whats he doing and he says (the real Alex is loging in) i thought it was a terrible joke at first till the real Alex started talking to me and said he was hacked and that he just got his msn back then he told me to post a scam report the pics stop when i start talking to the real alex

Can you please dispute the payment as you sent it to a hacker?

 

it was sent as a gift so the only dispute option is unauthorized transaction but im pretty sure it wont work since paypal would likely be able to tell it was me

 

Just as a warning, it was all over Sythe (Global Announcement) to NOT trade with unb4nn3d's hacked msn. Why did you trade with him anyways?

I'm pretty sure however that unb4nn3d is still responsible for the damages done by his hacked account and has been contacted.

 

yes i saw the global announcement but i also saw the real unbanned's dispute were he says he recovered his msn so i assumed that the mods may have just forgotten to remove the announcement
