    Buying Prepaid Visa Gift Card! Asap!
    I will buy it for PAYPAL, my paypal is limited and I need a visa to verify my it. We can use a middleman, I will give him my paypal and let him activate the VISA on my paypal and then I will get him to send you $5 more then what the VISA was worth. I need this ASAP and I would really appreciate it.

    1) Having a MM log on your PayPal will only worsen your limitation situation
    2) Confirming credit/debit cards no longer verifys your PayPal
