    Customer is claiming to have sent this amount of eth to my address ( 0xEb5e0060e1F5b97Aab925e52BF1Ce5215771A5fA )

    It has not entered my balance, but shows many confirms. In the blockchain, it shows as 0 value being sent.

    It is also different from all the transfers I normally receive which show the value being sent in the blockchain.

    heres my confirmation that it sent from my coinbase account, for context all of my other sent transactions say "0 eth value" but they all went perfectly through on top of that he even acknowledges it was received not sure why this is even an issue or to be delayed on my end

    Hey I contacted trezor support and they told me I received the transaction. I'm still not sure what happened I'm completely puzzled why it shows 0 balance being transfered in the input/output but I guess this would resolve the issue.

    i asked him if he had a coinbase account he said no and just gave me his addy, there was pretty clear indication/notion i was sending eth from coinbase

    Just because there lack of evidence in this report, I just want to sum up events,
    1. @Saleemmm contacted @Secnx which I assume was to purchase osrs or rs3, there was no discussion about the network or whether it was coinbase, the only discussion around this was @Saleemmm saying he had coinbase but @Secnx straight away replied with eth address (I'd like to see a photo of this if possible)
    2. @Saleemmm sent the transaction from coinbase which was sent from eth (internal)
    3. The transaction has been received from @Secnx but it's not appearing in his balance.
    if I made any mistakes in the above let me know or if it has already been resolved let me know as well.

    I've deleted @John Devola and @Leptin posts as they are not necessary, I was actually already aware of this and lost 80$ to it. I'll be lenient on them and not punish them as they were attempting to assist.

    I dont get whats so confusing when its been regurgitated 15 times over..

    The explanation has been posted, nobody has stated a resolution or whats happening with the eth moving forward?

    Did he get the money and is just confused why it turned out the way it did? Did he not get the money? Whats the next move here?
