    Am I allowed to sell stolen goods on the non virtual items forum?

    If i am, do i have to state that the item is stolen?

    I wouldn't tell people they're buying stolen goods before you sell them tbh.
    1. it will drop your offers rapidly
    2. you could be prosecuted, I think?

    But I don't think it's leagle even on an online runescape forum.

    I don't think that you have to state that they are stolen because if you did im sure that there would be a lot of people who are banned because of it.

    As long as it works, and isn't traced, I don't think it would matter ;)

    If it's like membership or something I don't think it's really a problem,most of the pins sold on sythe are from pinlines and that is stealing.I would talk to a mod for a second opinion.

    Ive had it for 5 weeks, nobody has come to my doorstep.

    Haha. Classy. If it's something that could be traced to the person then you'd have to assume you can't sell them here... If it's something that can't, why is it relevant at all whether or not it was stolen?
