Fagex's Pissing me off [Need Help]

I Bought a Runescape Account the other day, and someone told me to try the recoveries and stuff, and stupid me I did... so when I did, the next morning I go to get on, the account got locked.. So I tell the person who I bought it off of, they said they'll help me, and they did, but it got denied because he didn't provide early enough passwords. So I figured I'd try with the info again, and previde the 2 passwords I know, and the ones he gave me, so a total of 6 or 7 passwords, I figured that should be good, but no they denied it, but didn't give it a reason.. they said add more details.. so the next one I did, I put in 2 sets of recoveries,new and old, IP address and other stuff, but no that still didn't work, they declined it AGAIN saying they wanted previous passwords and contact details, they are seriously pissing me off. What should I do. Oh yea and they randomly deleted the Recovery Questions I had on the account, but yet it's still locked.

 

They didn't randomly delete the recoveries.
The original owner's recovering account appeal worked because it removed the recovery questions, and when you sent in your appeal, jagex locked the account. He may of had enough information to recover the account, but he might not have enough to unlock.

 

Try mailing them via [email protected] or smth familiar to that, look at rs forums.

 

But I still have control of the password, when I type in my password it says its locked, and it doesnt say that for any password cuz I typed in something random just to see if it'll still say that and it doesn't

Get the real owner to do it, maybe he's just trying to scam you by not giving you the right info?
