Rain

This is a pretty weird thread, but oh well.

Am I the only one who loves rain? Whenever it rains, people moan and complain. I sit here in my room with the window open and enjoy the sight and sounds of it. It almost fascinates me, it also calms me down.

Am I the only one who feels this way about Rain? Everyone else seems to hate it!

 

Rain calms me down

Well, atleast if it isn't followed by lightning.

 

It does actually calm me down, if we have a rainy night then I find it easier to fall asleep and usually sleep better.

 

Indeed, it also makes the air more.. Fresh? I sleep on the 3rd floor in my house, and since heat rises, my room gets awfully hot, making it nearly impossible to sleep on many occasions. The rain cools down the air and makes it easier to sleep, and the sound is so relaxing.

I love rain.. Means no running track during off season for basketball...

 

I like rain to a certain extent. Not talking just about thunderstorms either. Hard rain, uh, sprinkling (it tickles or something don't know how to explain it), I guess it has to be perfect I don't know.
I'm big in playing baseball and I LOVE playing in the rain, though. Even in thunderstorms : ) so yeah, I love rain too

 

I like heavy rain when i plan on staying inside all day. But if i want to go outside i hate the rain. It ruins your hair (if you styled it that day), can ruin clothes, shoes etc. I prefer nice warm days, where i can go to the beach, go to the shops, do whatever i want, without getting unintentionally drenched .

 

I like rain. Where I live it rains once every 1-2 months.

 

I don't really enjoy rain, seeing as it rains nearly everyday where i live.. even in summer times. so no i don't enjoy it.

 

1: i love rain, because i can go on the computer whole day.

2: i hate it because i can't go to friends or w/e or go to swimming pool

 

It's stopped now, me sad :'(

I don't know, it's just whenever it rains people tend to complain, whilst I sit here and enjoy it. A strange fascination that never fades :love:

I like the rain when i sleep but not when it stops me from going outside.

 

I love rain, seems to calm me down as well. For some reason, it's relaxing to know you're inside away from the rain when everything else outside has to face it

 

Yes verts! I love prayer for rain, and the album disintegration I have it on Vinyl also lullaby is a great track on it too.
I like the rain, but the thunder makes things unpleasent.
