New DDos/ Gf 100M

So, I was in world 137 pking, and as i was in the middle of a fight I got a target, Right as this happened I 360-350'ed the kid i was fighting with a DDS and had a lulz fest.

The person who was my target actually pmed me and said " wan't a free kill?" I was pretty happy.

They said, wait up a few minutes I want 100 EP first so I was fine waiting for a free target kill.

Then, they proceeded to say they knew me form somewhere and asked me about my myspace. I went along with it for the free kill, but they said look up "mynamehere" So, I found the page and said, yeah it's you just going along with the banter for the free target kill. Anyways We to BH and He ddosed me with my IP that he got from the myspace page.

What has rs come to? Fuck this...

Also, 100M isn't much. It's still a good portion of my bank but I'll manage through merchanting...



Had previous loot from the guy I koed, and grabbed the AGS and whip not knowing..

That seems kinda unlikely, but then again I don't use it so idk.

Is it possible that 1 single person takes your internet down with DDoS?
From what i heard u need loads of good pc's to take some1 down... :/

 

One person running a botnet can DDoS someone.
It does take more than one pc sending information, I believe, but one pc can also be telling 100 other pc's what to do.

I doubt that someone with a botnet would use it on players in a game like Runescape. >_<

Well with a botnet network you have certain amounts of zombie computers ,
that you can give commands like attack xxx.xx.xxx.xxx Ip.

And you can buy booting service which allowes you to boot X ip for around 2 minutes max.
