    Be more specific.

    There are many things it could be.

    -ISP blocking (have you downloaded torrents before)

    -Dead torrent (does it have any seeds?)

    -A problem with your connection

    Are you sure the torrents you're trying to download have seeders?

    Try to go to The Pirate Bay and look for torrents with lots of seeders.

    I usually download from The Pirate Bay, mostly because they have such a large amount of files, and I do have utorrent and I feel it works better then all the other torrents. But on the Pirate Bay it usually says how many seeders there are, look there.
