Free Fullscreen in Chrome

So I don't know how many people use clients to play RS, but, if you don't play in a client, this is a little trick I do when I play RS using Chrome. I'm sure many of you will know this, but hopefully this will be helpful to someone somewhere.

Note: If you use Firefox, install the Firebug addon and do the same thing.



1. Right click somewhere on the black part of the top of the screen.
2. Look to the bottom of the list and click 'Inspect Element'.



3. A bar containing code should pop up at the bottom of your browser screen. A string should already be highlighted. This is the black bar's code. Just hit the 'Del' key while highlighted and the bar containing the ad should disappear.
4. Change your Runescape graphic settings to resizable and your display mode to either OpenGL or DirectX and make your browser fullscreen and PRESTO!

Another Note: I've found that if you do this while RS is loading it doesn't work. Don't know why (I don't know much about HTML and I don't know anything about Java) and this could just be my computer, but if you do this while RS is loading and it doesn't work, just wait till the login screen appears before you do it and it should work fine

You need to crop the pictures and highlight the thing you are talking about, the first picture isn't too bad, but you could crop it down a bit, and then highlight you right clicking. Also, the second picture needs cropping down and focusing on too. Experiment on colour and different texts, use the centre option (puts everything in the centre) To make things more interesting. Then you'll have a good guide.
