Don't post pictures every 5 days man. Post every 2 weeks if neccessary. Though i'd just post 1 every month. Buy some fat calipers, work out your body fat percentage, it'll also help motivate you seeing the results that way. Since you might start gaining a bit of weight before you lose it, due to gaining more muscle etc.

i will do this with a treat i will have the mouse under my nose and i will have candy under my mouth its more rewarding

 

Well idk how you plan on using the mouse with your nose for e very click in SW, but I do know that for every 100 zeals, thats 24 hours of running my SW bot. So basically you will be doing this for 20 days.

If you do this you are truly the man. I want videos and a picture with my name in it.

Good luck, getting six pack is pretty hard, you need to make a diet and work out alot.

 

It's actually all in the diet. You can't gain any significant mass while losing weight and working out so your abs can't get bigger. The only thing he'll be doing is losing the fat so his abdominals become visible.

IMO, don't worry about getting the abs so much, just lose weight at a steady pace and lift hard to get some strength.
