Which violation you are reporting the user for: False Advertisement
Why you think they're violating Sythe rules: I have been banned multiple times doing sales with these guys, which of course trading on rsps comes with that risk however they have been lying to me multiple times saying the gold was farmed on the accounts they sold me which is a complete lie and causes way more bans to me. Every time afterwords they tell me "sir I am just a reseller" after 2 bans I just told them I want your accounts if the gold is farmed on it. The last and final straw i decided to record them lying for the 3rd time and have evidence the gold isnt farmed on the account their seller just trades it to the account before the sale and they blatantly lie to me saying the gp was farmed on the account just to make a sale. If this is not false advertisement then I really don't know what is. I am ashamed of you at zaya you can not tell me you don't know enough english to know the accounts have no history of any way to know there is no way gp can enter these accounts without being traded it beforehand. Every account has no pvm kills on any boss nor pk kills it is common sense and you guys took me for a fool way to long.

Here in this picture, i have tried to solve it with him and he insist to make a report and I'm not responsible for any bans or issues after trades, and he didn't show the rest of our conversation as it shown here, I just make a trades, i don't know if the account is old or new , i just deliver the gold simply, not responsible for any bans after that, it's the rules of any trader, that's it. thanks @Zora

 

You did not try to solve anything with me, you seen that I was serious about making a report then you finally decided to offer a refund. By the time you offered my refund as you can clearly see my associate was at the gamble area fping and had made more money. Why did you only offer the refund after you knew a report was coming. In the video you denied the refund and I told the buyer and he went and gambled. I understand you are a reseller but aside from being a reseller you are a flat out liar and this is a textbook example of false advertising. You are saying everything positive to make a sale then Afterwords you are telling me and most likely others that you are just a reseller. How come before the sale you don't say you are just a reseller and you don't know how the gold is obtained with your accounts? I think it is because you are greedy and saying anything you would like to make sales. You were at the gamble area and you even screenshotted what the client was doing yet you watched him win a couple and then said you will refund? Was that your goal to try and take the extra 900k and then say well you offered me a refund? If you were going to offer a refund you should have done it when I proved you lied to me for the 3rd time about how gold is entering the accounts I purchase. You never even had it in you to apologize for any of this, your response is ok let me know if I need more gold. I don't respect what you do at all man, you are a shady individual doing and saying anything you can to make a sale and pocket your profit. Pure greed at its finest, please do me a favor and just dont treat future customers how you treated me.

 

The chat is just me showing that ive had previous experiences of them lying to me and bans occuring due to the lies. Im just showing that I have literally let them know that them being dishonest caused bans and still they continue to tell me false information and then after sells say "sir im just a reseller"

 

Unfortunately the tickets we talked about it in are closed however in the video i scroll through and you can see once again he says the gold is farmed on the account via gamble and i click an object which shows the gamble win /losses and not a single gamble was done on they account that is in the video. In the video the account has 0 fp's won and 0 lost. I was never asked about any T.O.S or anything. I communicated with him via the ticket system and the ticket is closed. If he himself is able to post the full ticket transcript from start to finish @ELZayaT then everything will be right there.
