when u trade someone u look on this list and you don't see him so you think:
"hey he's not on the list, so he won't scam", than u get scammed.

 

This is a great idea & all, but take it into consideration that people can change their e-mail for PayPal.

 

Not at all, This list will show you the people who have been CAUGHT, it doesn't mean there aren't other scammers out there,

 

kinda pointless. If a scammer puts the effort to scam, they might as well get a new email to continue scamming. Although the persons name/last name would be a good thing to save and make a list of known scammers with their names from paypal.

 

even if this actually happened it would be very hard to find the person you are looking for... next to imposible because their are so many scammers on sythe.

It'd reduce the number of scammers quite drastically in my view.

If I'm not mistaken, you can just change your PayPal email. Scammers would also get a new MSN. I guess a blacklist would help catch the idiot vaders, so I guess I support. It might be just a big waste of time, though.
