The code will be given out on the ban reasoning. When you try and log on it'll give a reason why banned, and a code to dispute.

I like this idea and I support it.

Another possible suggestion is that the first 2 number of the refrence number is the number of the allocated mod. So lets say Pen's number is 01 the first number will be like 0194543. That way it would make it simpler for the person who banned you to give the reason as of why you are banned.

I would support this, and also agree with the mod number crap someone said above. This will definitely make the dispute forum more organized, giving the mods less wasted time searching through stuff or something.
