Basically, I've seen sites that will buy RS accounts, people who will buy bots, etc...

i want in on the selling portion

I've trained an account as a test to level 41 (so far) (Melee account(not a pure, it was just a test)) using my own bot scripts (jumped head first into that one lol, i love scripting the things ) over 6 days... including taking the time to figure out scar and pascal, tweaking ETC.

so, do people actually buy? is the $ any good?

This is basically a question in the form of an example advertisement, how i would do it.
(no account for sale 4 realz atm)

so, what would someone offer, if anything, on this account...

Am i doing anything this i'm not supposed to that you guys dont do yourselves (EG, does this break scythe rules?)

Everything seems fine but you might want to level the account up a bit or get it some gold. A level 41 with those stats and only 1M gold won't get you much. Aside from all that the layout is good, and if you intend on selling you must have pictures.

 

ofc, 6 days for 41 is ridiculous, this is the simple & glitchy autofighter atm that im deving for this


im thinking level 60+ should be the min...

but, reading, should i offer a semi-slow (i can get 150% as much Xp/time manually) botting/leveling service? (using those remote computer control programs perhaps - after i get a reputation)

also, ill probably base the non cb skill on the acc (smithing/mining for melee, Rc for mage, craft for range...)

If you're going to start a botting service here you have to think of all the competition that you'll have; a lot of people have the same business. You should fix up your fighter and level the account first.

i forgot to say, i kinda dont want to give pics cause they are so identifyable, and they are fakeable besides.

i wantz a middleman here who can confirm it for the buyers.

I'm not sure of that but thousands of accounts have been sold here, even some PMod/FMod accounts and they have been fine. There shouldn't be any worries about the pictures as long as you block your RS name from them.

My bot so far has this epic way of getting 4 goblins circling it going "YEAGHH...!" before it registers that it is in combat... on a laggy connection anyway lol...

Don't think the account your planning on making will make you much money mate. I wouldnt give $5 for a level 60 :/ Don't think anyone else with either.

 

im not selling this one, im just using it to learn how to make SCAR bots. (this is an impure lol)(It picks up and buriez bones!)

I guess ill run a free botting/leveling service for a little to practice making bots and to build trust around here.

 

When selling an account alls you need is a buyer / you can sell anything you want as long as you have one.. But remember to train / stats are a MUST. And when ready to sell / sell in the proper sythe sale forum (for the proper level account)

arcra well first off I'd just have to say if your in this business to make money your in the wrong place. Rs players consist mostly of kids and when they do buy your goods they usually use parents cc's. So if you want to deal with chargebacks and doing business with immature kids heres the place! But If you still want to try making money here on sythe base your bussiness around gp, its by far the better then trying to train your skills up. you'll get way more money for your time

 

^ I figure (d ooyu know how many kids i have run into on RS that have chat enabled? how many 7-10 year olds who tell me so? )

and i think i have figured out that $ is worth more than skills, so looks like rich accounts are the ones to make.
