Post reporting guide.

Background:
On Sythe, there are three main reasons to report a post. They are: Spamming, Flaming,* and any post that breaks another Sythe rule. These will all be explained in later detail.
Once you hit the report button () that report, along with the thread and post you reported will be sent to the report a spammer section, where a moderator will review your post and take action if required.
*- Mild flaming is allowed in the Spam section.
When you are filing the report itself, put "spamming" or "flaming" if it is obvious, or if they are breaking another rule, just put that in the box, but be clear, mods are smart, but they can't read your mind, be sure to post what you need.

Spamming:
The first reason to report a post is spamming. Spamming is more strict in the trading areas of Sythe, but exists anywhere. In market sections, you can report any post that does not place an offer, question you about your service/account/items, request further details, or any post that you requested to not be made in your original thread. This includes posts offering payment methods other than what you're accepting, payments below the starting bid, or anything else that you stated to not be posted. In the suggestion section, posting your opinion (whether positive or negative) without reasoning, eg: "i support!" Is spam.
Examples:

Flaming:
Flaming is a post that is derogatory towards another user. This includes, but is not limited to, swearing, racism, prejudice, or slander. Mild flaming is allowed in the spam section, but most of this is joking. If you have a problem with a user, please contact them via pm, and use polite language.

Note, i know these users, and they will not be offended by these posts. Finn is also white.

Posts that violate Sythe rules
Any post or thread that violates Sythe rules should be reported immediately. These rules are found in sticky threads in the appropriate sections across Sythe. Here are the first few that are NOT allowed. If you find a thread against the rules, report the first post. If a moderator knows another rule, please add it below, thanks.
-Auth trading (runescape)
-The sale of *******s themselves
-Account selling threads without pictures
-Threads in the wrong section

I don't think it's needed to add every possible way someone can break a rule. Also add that us moderators prefer short text like "Accusing of scamming without proof" instead of:

Good guide really. It explains that the report a spammer button isn't just used for spam as it says, but others. Good explanation of the different types of rule breaking, and I'm happy you made a guide revolving around someone's question to answer it.

Great guide, although I've been on Sythe for a while and know all this but for a new member this would be never helpful.

Good layout, and good information although I do think you should add that spam can also been saying that someone scammed you without proof. I would add that in as an example, because I wasn't aware of this and could save members from being infracted or could allow members to infract people that are wrongly accused of being scammer.
