Can't get bot client to work :/

Hello everyone.
I tried to get the client to work.
When i get to the black page it just says i have to close it.
So can anyone help me though teamviewer?
I even followed a guide on some of the botting forum but that didn't help me a lot.

 

What client are you using?

 

The one from rsbots.net

 

Delete it and try re-downloading it?

When i try to run the install file. it just quickly shut down again.

 

oh so you mean when you click on install-windows.bat a black box pops up and then goes away. I've had this problem before. You need to re-set your environmental variables. I'd link you to the page but rsbots.net is working on my computer. Anyways, i'll tell you where to go. Go on rsbots.net and click on download bot client and then click on installation guide. If you read that there should be a step that talks about your problem. Hope this helped!
