Don't exactly have a spending limit but I'm not looking to get something real flashy. Just something nice and something that you wouldn't see the average 16 year old driving, but then again, not too flashy :D
Yeah, I may just consider getting an E60 5 series, beautiful. :D
Interior is very nice on them I must agree, but only starting from '99+ :p

*sigh* if you look at the edit time it was done before he even made his post.

The only car your parents should be buying you is a R/C car.

Although a Bicycle would be good for you, because it's apparent they already have you wearing a helmet, or at least should be if they are responsible parents.

Chill with that family stuff. I understand that no one likes you outside the internet but don't take it out on me.

Actually if you read the posts it would appear that noone likes me "inside" the internet using your terms.

Don't take out your hatred on everybody else because your parents couldn't distinguish the difference between a "good" and "bad" touch while you were growing up. Enjoy those painful memories.

why does a topic about cars turn into a bitch fight?

babbi jay, you're absolutely right. depending on which M3, my favourite is the E46 convertible. what an awesome bit of design.

Yes, being someone who expressed interest in a sluggish off road vehicle is jealous of someone's lifestyle whos main interest is in the sportiness of his vehicle.

I only spend my time camping, hunting, fishing, off roading, etc... because I don't have a choice to do otherwise *eye roll*.

If you hadn't of entered the discussion then we wouldn't of had to worry about the "bitch" part now would we?

It's way too easy to troll these forums. Of course I guess you're all still kids. I'm gone from the forums probably for another few year stint. Better luck not taking the bait next time, but I'm sure you'll be equally retarded and still playing Runescape 2 years from now. Tata.

avoid 5 series they have a lot of electrical problems.

The way you talk about it, a lexus IS300 would be THE PERFECT car for you. RWD 3 litre strait six, a very reliable BMW that is easy on the wallet. I had one for a year and "downgraded" to a 2000 Jetta GLX (2.8 VR6), which is just as fast, leather seats, sun roof, sounds better, more functions, and costs a third the price.

I preferred the lexus but with the price difference the Jetta glx (or golf) can easily be 300WHP. 1.8T 20V golf is a more practical choice, and you can upgrade it as you go.

anything with a 1/4 mile under 15 seconds = too fast to start off. Trust me on this one, upgrading cars is an amazing feeling. Being comfortable and knowing your ride is very important, but most people never acquire the skill of driving.

    My mansss
Pretty nice design overall, sweet choice.
Yea I have looked at the IS300 it's real nice performance wise and looks. You're probably right, I haven't driven before, I've only been given tips along the way and I really won't know until I get on the wheel. Out of your choices I really like the IS300 second generation which I think started in 05-now. Real sleek design and interior is beautiful .

ok guys my first car was a 2008 tahoe similar to the escalade its nice and honestly, driving is common sense its easy just look out for people. The cars i drive now is a 2010 subaru STi and i also have a 2009 yukon denali. I myself come from a wealthy family my parents own a baseball team and they also own over 50 restraunts :) personally i prefer the drive the automatic transmission in the denali but the STi is fast, whatever you like, out of your choices..... escalade :)

the seats are beyond comfortable ( I have the base model without leather), traction control works beautifully, stance is just right. But I find it doesn't handle quiet as well as my VR6, mind you i'm on different roads now so I can actually drive. I do enjoy FWD for regular use, but more powerful RWD cars are just a blast.

you will love the IS300, don't worry that it's not a manual. manuals for everyday use are a pain in the ass, plus this car has a very advanced transmission.

get a feel for the car then start doing some mods to it (wait a year). Cams, port and polished headers, exhaust, v-flow intake. Don't waste your time with turbos, you'll get a lot more respect without one. you're making me miss mine already

subarus are overpriced and those little engines run out of breath pretty fast.
