Perm Banned last November, should I appeal now?

I haven't appealed yet, nor have I even played the game, I would like the account to play again, has enough time passed?

Appeal it. I think I can almost gurantee, they'll lift it. As people are getting 14days now.

I guess I'll appeal and tell you how it goes. Should I just be upfront, tell them I botted, apologize and tell them I've learned my lesson over the last 9 months. Or should I make up some excuse?

Most likely its gonna get unbanned. Maybe even get someone to write a appeal for you if you think you'll muck it up.

Doubt you'll get unbanned this is what I did after temp bans and I still got denied. Would probably wait another year or just appeal now and send Jagex an email in a year.

Don't think you''ll get unbanned as it was for botting and it was in 2009. But go for it and see what happens.

Tried to appeal user who was banned for macro, was using auto clicker for few days, both appeals denied ;p

 

You may as well say you botted than sold gp for real money, than realised you needed more money for members so you robbed the bank then got bored and mugged a old man and thats why you didn't have time to play the game.
Jagex never read disputes its all automatic.

 

From what I've heard, normally after a year they unban some people if you suck up to them.

 

Wow they're new system is gay. I got a 14 day banned after 12 days of botting and 97 hunting. Don't want to wait 2 weeks..

Yes they give out temps now. but they dont wait 2 months to ban you when you bot now
