ok so i cant even build targ anymore? so im lvl 101 and im sitting in 1 wildy not multi or anything and an agser with a str cape climbing boots full blk d hide and a str ammy runs up and hits an 830 on me? since when is that even possible?? and i looked him up hes not ranked in herblore so no overload or extreme pots so wat the fuck full blk d hide and ags v.s full rune neitiznot helm d boots and d scim= agser 1 hit??? im fucking tired of claws and gs's just becuz ppl are rich means they can play god.. thats why i play runescape to get away from that shit irl...

Maxed gear on a maxed account couldn't hit a 830.
max is around 750

 

Sorry but its impossible, you can't hit that with best gear, i doubt tho.
