Yes, if someone did something really bad and it hurt me, i'd forgive them, unless they declined the offer of course.

When you say "scam," are you referring only to a Runescape-related scam, or do you mean a scam in general?

If I let a friend of mine on one of my Runescape accounts and he leveled it in a way that I didn't prefer, then I might become slightly aggravated at that moment in time. I, of course, wouldn't hold a grudge on someone over pixels. So yes, if he went back and made a simple apology, I might say he's changed. I mean, it's Runescape. Scamming a friend's Runescape account doesn't really make one a bad person.

If you're implying that he scammed something more valuable, as in money, then yes, that does make him/her not the nicest or most loyal friend. If the person came back after a while and offered the cash back to me, I'd gladly take it and accept the apology. And the person would have clearly changed.

People can change. I don't think anyone can deny that. You can be a devote Christian one day then an Atheist the next.

I believe judgement can change, but nobody, entirely, really does. Your friend scamming you, is a perception conceived by sometimes ill-thinking and a misguided view. His judgement can change with events that would have some effect - winning the lottery, getting scammed himself, etc but his character is constant.

Yes, people change. I personally went from not going to school, doing bad things to people, 50% avg student, failing 3+ classes a year to decent grades, proper grammar, intellect, etc. People can change, it is up to them, and it depends on how strong they are as a person.

Change is a change, although they did something stupid previously, that feeling, sorts of things may remain. A person will never be the same although.

It honestly depends, if somebody kills somebody, i'm not gonna believe they're gonna change, if a friend lies to me or something, or does something stupid, i'd believe them, and trust them to not do that again. It all depends on what they do/did.

I think people can change. I would forgive the scammer if he refunded me completely, apologize, and change their attitude. Correct me if I'm wrong but I heard Finn was once a scammer and changed his ways.

I think someone who does something extreme like killing someone has something that exists in their make up striving them to do so, when it is something like lying I think it is a lack of moral justice and it can be corrected.

See I think no one really means to hurt someone by scamming, they just become temporarily consumed by greed, it is human nature. I think if amends are made it should be redeemable.

I do think things linger from a misdeed, though I think it is possible to over come that deed and start over in a positive direction.

I think if a person wants to change they are more than capable of it. I think anyone can be what ever they want to be, it's completely your choice.
