    Well I'm 13, and i need a way to handle money online, obviously, i am using Paypal at the moment and i can't get it verified, unless someone here can do it for me?
    I just need a way i can send money online, receive it and store it.

    There's Alert Pay, Western Union (not really online), Liberty Reverse...

    Just have your parent set it up for you with a CC/Debit.

    You can buy a prepaid credit card (cheapest one is the $25 kind I believe), and use that to verity your paypal account. I believe that is your only option as you shouldn't be trusting anyone to verify for you.
