Culminating. If you want to go into the technical side, the ban reason is "[Link to scammer report]/Part about the deceiving staff/lying about other account".

You look like an idiot. Using ********s, requires you to STEAL $10, while illegally downloading music doesn't. Make sure you are a good comparison before posting :)

You should be banned, you're stealing offsite.

The Track would cost 2usd and you scam them

Enough said. People read the ToC before the even download Limwire so they should know the precautions/risks they are taking.

Under current copyright legislation, downloading music for free is definitely theft under letter of the law

and you sir, are an idiot.

How do you think musicians make money? by youtube hits? NO, by track sales. just like rs does by pin sales. you scam them by getting free music, pin sellers scam rs by getting free pins.
    OMFG THINK KIDS.

    Nope, not true.

She was banned for pinlines, and I talked to Finn the second she was banned. I mentioned to him about it and he banned her about a second afterwards.

EDIT: Yes, skele, but that's what he was TWC'd for I believe.

using a ******** means you are stealing $10 from somebody/some company. While downloading music is copyright infringement. When you download a song illegally, someone doesn't go to the artist, and say "someone stole your song pay us $1", if that happened it would be stealing.

The point im trying to make is that stealing music doesnt directly harm the artist unless you are like "if I cant steal this I'm going to buy it", and it surely doesnt put the artist in a worse spot then they were in.

Using a pinline hurts the company/person and leaves them in a worse spot
"Under current copyright legislation, downloading music for free is definitely theft under letter of the law"
under the current definition of theft, downloading music is not theft

I don't download music illegally. I don't listen to music much nor do I even own an mp3 player. Not the point, however.

Did you know prices of CDs are adjusted according to piracy? The price is more than what it used to be to make up for the money lost to people who download illegally.

And anyway, there is a huge difference:
downloading music illegally - you steal a dollar or two worth of music from a large industry.
using pinlines - you scam 10$ from A PERSON. This is the same kind of scamming that gets you BANNED.

Surfpin is the company that charges the 10$ to the person whose phone number you are using.
