Requesting a TWC for mobc1990

Mobc1990 was supposedly trading his RuneScape account to Minner (his thread(s): http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=879713 and http://sythe.org/showthread.php?t=879692). All is going smooth, I get half of my fees (from Minner) when he requests I post on my thread.

The chat falls silent for a few minutes, then I bring everyone back and this is where it starts to fall apart. Minner pays the fees to me, I ask for his and he does the standard take it out of the payment logic for not sending me the money.

But anyway, I ignore it and continue. Minner requests I do a full recovery to test the information and check the items, when he says:



As soon as I interject this logic he goes silent again. Once I get his attention suddenly I am a scammer (even though I posted the requested information on the forum, etc.) and he doesn't want to trade.

My logic tells me that the second a real OMM was added he had no intention on trading. First off he didn't want to show me the items? If I was recovering the account, I would have access to it regardless - why not save time upfront?

As soon as I pointed out the fact that it looked really shady he automatically did the next thing that popped to his mind; claim he wants an OMM that's conveniently offline.

Basically the four shady things are:

1. He wouldn't show me the items.
2. He wouldn't use a real OMM (he was more than willing to trade before I verified myself.
3. Blocked both the buyer and I.
   
4. He wasted both the buyer and my time.

I can only use your screenshot as proof, and nothing in that SS warrants a twc.
