Because it is the same thread that is updated everytime they have a new merch, you can check out the last edited date on their forums if you google smokin mils.

 

Most likely to give their ranked members 2 months to get 500m+ into the item.

 

Black masks were released 3 days ago. And the thread creator here is right, The same thread gets updated when a new item comes out.
Only the gens (6 ppl) choose the item and stock it before.
No ranks know the item earlier than normal members (like me).
