Lol the ID is fake too many people claim to be "millitary" now a days but don't do it so you probably will get no where. And to top that off he if he scammed you of 450 and sounded legit while doing it then he's probably been doing it for a while. Your likely just gonna have to have someone IP track him and contact the local authorities in that area and then go from there.

I involved the FBI and Morgan Stanley Security, he is in the process of refunding me (refunded me on PayPal, but will take 5 days to come from his bank)

The only reason I went first was because I knew i could involve the law because he gave me his phone number, address, and a Military REAL ID (matched his PayPal Name/Landline Owner)

One day you will get caught and when you do. It's already too late. This is basically robbery and the person that did it should go to jail for it.

I am awaiting my refund, if I receive that, he will just get banned from sythe. If I do not, he will have major real life issues, as scamming of over $200 across state lines is a federal felony.
