1. Q: When are you available?
A: We have several full-time questers/minigame gamers who are available most of the time. Our customer service is also available 24/7 if you have any questions about our service.

2. Q: How can I trust you/your quester?

A: I have been offering questing service since 2010.
Our questers have worked for us for more than 8 years with thousands of quests done. (Click Here to see my 8 years old RS3 questing thread)

3. Q: How do I place an order?

A: Please go to www.rpgstash.com/runescape and place an order, then talk to a livechat agent to get your order started.
You can talk to us on Skype/Discord as well but normally via livechat we will serve you faster.

4. Q: Can I pay with RSGP?

A: Sure you can.
OSRS gold will be valued at market bulk buying price.
Please talk to Livechat or Skype/Discord to place an order.

5. Q: Can you do it for ironman account?

A: Sure we can. But you need to get all the items/gear ready.

6. Q: I need some quests but I’m missing the skills. Do you do that too?

A: Yes we offer skilling service as well. You may place an order for both the skills and quests needed.

7. Q: How fast is your delivery?

A: One quest takes about 1-3 hours depends on how busy we are. Bulk order will take longer but mostly done within 24-48 hours.

8. Q: I have placed an order, how do I know when it is finished?

A: If you paid on the website, you will get an order number and you will be notified by email upon completion.
If you paid with gold, you need to check progress with Skype/Discord or livechat.
You are allowed to play when quester is offline.
