Some problems with your suggestion:

He has 200M currently, partyhats are 400M+ (thats just GE price) so yes even though he is going for 500M he currently has 200M, also he is currently a member because he is flipping armadyl god swords...which are...members.

My level 3 has 10m so far in just over a week. Did do a bit of botting for some starter cash but just merch 3-4 times an update.
I love all these "help me merch" or "I wish I could merch" comments.
Merchanting is easy, anyone can do it. Takes a couple of minutes.

 

Nice. lvl 3's with all 1's (except summ, ofc) like that are friggen rare. Gonna be an awesome account once you get some decent rares on it.
