I'd recommed woodcutting Yews in p2p, until enough for decent armor + weapon. Then go for 99 strength/99 Attack via Soul Wars.
Attack slay monsters with Attack, spend zeal on Strength.

 

botting woodcutting for fast cash, yews can probably make 70-100k/hour

Why is it that on every single "help me" thread, the first suggestion gets repeated by the next posters? This suggestion isn't even that good...

Bot pure essence - 120k/hr (until enough for welfare gear)
Kill green dragons - 200-300k/hr (next to clan wars)

 

get more cash by getting mining/smithing up
