Where to find the safety code? (Recovering Account)

okay so i have registered an email and verified it and all but im not sure where to find my security code. Do I need to request one? Or am I just blind? I duno so i'll check with you guys. No im not going to let anyone on my account "so they can get the code for me"

I think when you register an email to the account, then it sends you one and only one security code. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

 

if u do not have an registered email just skip it . if u do go to ur email .
