Looking for indicates for how long an opponent is frozen

They had this plugin before on runelite but it was removed

Does it still exist anywhere

 

cuell/rlpl or devious client it is called effect timers

 

kotori has it free for any rl client with sideloader etc theres a lot of places to find it

 

would i have to rebuild runelite to get that plugin to function? is there a way to just drag the plugin into runelite? sorry if it sounds weird, i am new.
