Well theres this kid who's in year 9( 1 above me ) who is apparently going to punch me, but i thought, should i punch him if he punches me? Then go home and call the police and stuff?
I mean i'd take him to court and stuff.
Not sure what to do...

Talk to your parents/teacher about it. I don't think the police will do anything serious except force you both to go counselling since he hasn't committed a crime/ and hes 13

 

If you do plan on punching him after he punches you don't go to the police.. if you end up hurting him it could bite you in the ass.

 

Why don't you just avoid him, or talk to a teacher?

You really can't 'take him to court and stuff' over this kind of incident at school.

Why not? It's violence. Although, I think this is America, because of all the taking to court and suing and shit. I don't know how it is in America, but if you got the time to take him to court after he punches you and all that, go for it. Make him regret it. Make his life shit.

 

Don't tell the police at this stage, if it turns out that he isn't going to punch you then you could get in trouble. Do this instead:
1. Explain the situation to a parent, but make sure that they don't tell the school yet.
2. Stay near people you know and trust, so you have witnesses to anything that may happen. Obviously try and avoid him, and don't do anything to provoke him. If he confronts you verbally, try and reason with him.
3. If he punches you, CALMLY do the bare minimum you need to do to stop him hurting you again before an adult arrives (You can justify this as Self-Defense, don't throw him on the floor, kick the crap out of him and start swearing your head off at him, just defend yourself until he stops coming back at you).
4. Obviously you will be questioned by your Head Teacher about the incident, so just calmly explain exactly what has happend, and inform them that you have witnesses. Get your parents to talk to the school as well, seeing as you told them what was going on BEFORE he decided to punch you, it helps put you in the clear.

1st of all, he's in a different school.
2nd of all, summer holidays.
Finally, he has been to court 3 times.
And me and his girlfriend fell out, and she started to cry, he needs to get a grip.

 

Take the beating and while he hits you just laugh it off. It's a phycology mind trick.

 

Cops wouldn't do shit if it happened here. So i say just punch him first, next time you see him.

I'm 13, but you see he's been to court 3 times, basically, i'm out of school for 6 weeks, my new school is a few miles away.
My parents would just say stay away from him, but he hangs around with us all the time.
He's 14 almost 15.

 

You couldn't take him to court if you tried. Just stay the hell away from him and don't bother getting yourself involved with any fights.

 

Depends on the size difference between you two. (That's if you are going to fight)

The fuck? You're going to call the police because somebody hit you? That's nonsense. If he hits you, fight back. You lose at least you have dignity for trying, because I'm guessing most of your classmates wouldn't even try. If you win, well, you win. It feels good to win.

Dude what the fuck. Punch his ass down are you taller? more pounds? Calling on the cops won't do jack man.

 

In my school,if you start a fight or even fight they call the cops up too the school immediately,and a lot of shit goes down.
