Cannon?

Ok so I have a question about the cannon (The big one people set up at the green dragon), does the cannon train the hp also? Or just the range..If it does only train the range, do you guys think it's worth it?

 

It only trains your range. It is very worth it if you want fast range exp.

I tried using cannon at rock crabs. U get HORRIBLE xp and it cost so much. unless ur loaded and desperately dont want hp xp i think you shouldnt do it.

 

Just use your cannon with your slay tasks. It gives decent xp, and you get slayer points and drops... which helps make back some of the money spent on cannonballs.

 

Dagganoths are the best for experience in my opinion.

Though you should kill monsters that can give good drops, or consistent ones, to gain back the money spent on cannonballs.

 

green dragon are the best imo . bones and hides to cover cannonballs . and are able to get profits

Just thought I'd add that Cannon gives only 50% of the exp you'd normally gain by training range the traditional way (bow, cbow etc.), and no hp exp, as already stated above.

 

Agreed. These will EASILY pay back your cannon balls + Make you money. I'd go with this technique.

 

Green dragon is good but takes a LONG time. 2-5k xp per round i reckon.
