    There is very little choice in which points to spend.

    PvP talents are mandatory, even for PvE specs.

    http://www.wowtal.com/#k=YfWKHyGT.9q4.deathknight is *ALMOST* complete as a blood DK tank spec. Only problem is 3/3 morbidity in Unholy is impossible without removing points from mandatory blood talents.

    I'm sure there are other specs like this too.
