[help] how do i take a screen shot?

i am new to this and i wont to sell one of my accounts but i dont know how to take a screen shot can someone help me?

 

Press the Print Screen button next to your scroll lock key. Open MSPaint and hold down ctrl+v to paste the image. Save it as .jpg or .gif then go to imageshack, tinypic, photobucket, etc and upload the image. Then use the IMG tags and put the image link in between them.
