    Well guys i have a problem. I got about $150 on my pay pal. then i realized i cant spend it because its limited :(. Is there anyway i can verify it without a credit card, bank account, social security number, anything? And i cant pay to buy a vcc without a verified pay pal :(. If anyone knows the answer id be willing to pay at least $5 for helping me get $150 back lol. Anyway thanks guys i hope you know solution

    Buy a prepaid vista at your local Wal-Mart, etc. They're like a hybrid gift card-credit card.

    Nope, I dont think so. I tried do it with a prepaid visa card but it didn't work. Best chance of spending the money is do like I've done. wait 180 days, add a bank account and withdraw it for use.

    You could withdraw it for use without waiting that 180 days.

    Also, some prepaid's do work. Mastercards have the best success rate for me.

    no i made after they started making u add a credit card or bank account to use the money. Is there anyway anyone can make me one or something?

    You can purchase a VCC or VBA online, but your Paypal is useless until you verify it.

    the easiest way is a prepaid mastercard gift card. the visa gift card asks for social security numbers and stuff. once you attach the gift card to your account, your sending limit is boosted to $2000.

    is there anyway to get one without a paypal that can spend money or irl cash? like those websites where you do stuff for points? or can anyone sell me one? i can only pay them after my paypal is verfied :(

    Why would IRL cash not be a suitable option?

    Some are only 5$ and you can pick them up at your local grocery store.
