Paypal assistance.

Say I had $15 in my verified paypal, and I spend $200. Does the account go in the negative? How long do I have before they start sending mean letters to me? What are the fee's involved? anything else I should know?

 

The account would go into the negative, but I don't think it will let you send over what is in your PayPal. It usually goes negative if someone claims money back.

 

You can't send more than your Paypal balance, unless you want to send an eCheck, which is funds from your bank account.

 

Yeah that only works with e-check, then it goes off your bank account. A transaction like a week then though to complete.
