    Ip bans for poeple
    I.P bans don't make any difference. Some people have a dynamic I.P and others use Proxies.

    It's so easy to get around an IP ban, it's not worth IP banning them.

    I would say people do get IP Banned...

    Not hard to use a proxy, I use one for rs all the time...

    People DO get IP banned when they scam, I believe. However they usually come back on the same MSN and someone reports them, lol.

    People do get ip ban, and you can not use many proxies to come here.
