Email Jagex to get unbanned

Anyone know how this works?.. I have an account that was perm
banned for bug abuse.

My friend e-mailed Jagex about a week ago who got banned at the same time
as me for the same glitch; they unbanned him.

Anyone willing to help me out?

 

If i were you i would ask your friend what he wrote, take that, and edit it a bit and send it to the same email as him.

You can go on the jagex website and e-mail billing support and they will reply. But you'll have to be magic to make them unban you through an e-mail.

By identical do you mean exactly what he wrote or did you slightly edit it?

 

i wrote to them, they did review my account, but of course found that i was guilty of my offence and im still banned, but they do go throught the emails. give it a try

I emailed them myself but they said that they couldn't get my account back in game but I don't think they would accept it as it was banned for Account Sharing/Hijacking.

It's not that easy, have some patience and make sure you know what you're talkin about.

tried this myself it doesnt work they dont unban

 

Normally this doesn't work. I have tried this with 2 accounts that i had "perm ban" and i got the same automatic message saying they are sorry and i should create a new account and don't bot.
