But say for yourself? What are the odds of him having exactly the same runescape outfit/items, especially christmas cracker and others which are very very rare, he has exactly the same armour and boots also. I don't think it's a coincedence.

Nope, he was banned before he purchased the account. As you can see on the last page of visions thread he mentions they made an IRL trade.

 

Well then there's nothing matching either of the unbanned accounts to the banne done.
