    I also think in the USA we have a 800 MSP but I'm not sure where to find it, I got one once when I bought a 3 month package, there might even be a 400 msp too with other packs.

    There is 400 MSP, cos MS were giving it out tokens to "Loyal" Halo 2 Players along with a Halo Reach Beta Key , but maybe it was just for that.
