PayPal / MSN - Scammer Blacklist

Getting tired of all these scammers. Been on these forums for like a month and so far i've been scammed for about $300-$400. I don't even post scam reports because it's pointless. They just make a new account and scam some more. This forum needs to get more secure because it's actually pathetic how many people scam. There should be free OMM'S because most people arent prepared to pay for a $20 trade. Or put the system in place that player auctions use.

If you think the scam reports are pointless then why are you ranting? You could help save someone else from being banned.
OMM's charge $20+ because if one of the people in the trade are to scam, he/she has to cover the cost.

I'm ranting because it needs to be sorted so that the person being reported dosent make a new account and continues scamming. Thats my point. If you read it all.

Then if he makes a new account he will be IP banned and continue to be banned even if he changes his IP because people take these things into consideration.
If they don't want to be scammed they should first start doing some research about the person they're going to be trading and not just jump into it.

I'd totally support but these days you can easily smell a vader by googlin' his PayPal email.

Yeah, but for some people, they wouldn't think of this. A simple thread would be sufficient enough to help out our community.

This has been used in 400+ rs account not to buy. I can't say it doesn't work but it doesn't get updated regularly and most account now have name changes. With that said what makes having a email address thread different? Everybody can get a new one in 2-3 minutes, for the paypal, it would help slightly but people can send the money to a new account and scam. So it wouldn't really work.

For the mm thing use a free mm, there a tonne now and I can assure you that 99%of all the free staff won't scam you.

Thanks for feedback. True, people can make new paypals, but this would add another thing that they need to do to scam, sure it doesn't take long, but its yet another task.

I agree. I tried to get this scammer to say his paypal but instead he said another one of his which he could be using now to scam people.

This is a great idea, people can make new MSNs etc, but it is very difficult to make a new Paypal. Considering the amount of personal details that go into them, especially with credit cards.

You just make it at random name, and remove credit card from old paypal. Don't talk if you don't know sht about paypal.

Also, you can just create new e-mail and change your e-mail WITHOUT creating new paypal. So not sure how it's going to help.
