I'll offer this. It's not really a range/dds'er BUT it can be made into one very easily. It is FULLY QUESTED with 105 QP. The only quests it doesn't have that someone might want is Regicide and Rolving Elves.. I figured I wouldn't do them since Crystal Bow sucks now and no one ever uses Dragon hally.
