No, the guide isn't a trick to send money while being limited. It lets you keep the money if someone charge's back.

This method doesn't help you avoid chargeback unless you do not plan to withraw any money on your paypal again. Otherwise you will have to pay back what's charged back and you have to pay MORE than the origional amount you received if you used this method. I knew this already because I have been through this. But yeah it works if you only use your paypal account to buy stuff and do not plan to withdraw.

This is a completely false statement... you can happily withdraw ALL the funds, and you don't lose anything. Get your facts right before you post bad things

Nope it's not. I have proof here. The withdraw was automatically reversed because of the negative balance. Called Paypal and they told me I had to pay back before I can withdraw any fund. So I did, and the withdraw was then completed. Just a little information for other buyers.

 

It is now verified that IF you lose a dispute, you still keep the money and it is and always been a 100% chance of keeping. BUT you cannot withdraw the money to your bank account, but you can happily purchase goods online. And this is only if you lose the dispute!

So you still aren't losing ANY money!
